Here is my 6th abstract painting created for this 30 day challenge. I was inspired by an ad in a current interior decorating magazine. I was liking my color palette, and I needed to add some texture. So, I incorporated some found pieces of vintage lace. Take a look at my latest painting...

DAY #5: 30 PAINTINGS IN 30 DAYS

www.lesliesaeta.blogspot.com

This is my 5th Mixed Media Painting. This work of ART has so many different techniques, layers and ART supplies in it. I found my INSPIRATION from a house paint broschure from the Home Depot. The colors were calling me, and I saw the chair image in my Blogger feed. It all came together. The last thing that I added to this painting was some found vintage ornate lace fabric. Take a look....

HERE I GO AGAIN By Sue Marrazzo

I signed up for the Leslie Saeta's "30 Paintings in 30 Days" Painting Challenge {www.lesliesaeta.blogspot.com} for January 2015. This is my second time around. It is a challenge worth taking. My theme this time around is to be INSPIRED BY SIGHT! In this new painting I was inspired by an Indian tapestry. The colors were key in this piece along with the design. I am an experimental mixed media artist, so I plan to use this to my advantage in this month's challenge. HERE I GO AGAIN.....
