I just gave this encaustic painting to a dear family member. Sometimes ART can give so much PLEASURE and bring JOY to others. It is a universal language...just like music can be. I created, "Great Heights" with beeswax, resin, oil paints, papyrus, sheet music, bingo papers, found images and papers all on a braced wood panel. This piece has a light and floating quality to it, even more so in person.
