This is a small mixed media collage created with magazine pages, gum wrappers, book pages, music paper, junk mail, acrylic paint, found objects, gesso, and more. The colors are bright and it has a lot going on.....but IT WORKS!

BABY SHOWER - ART PARTY BY SUE MARRAZZO

This past weekend I taught an adult ART CLASS for Laurie's Baby Shower ART PARTY. This was held at the Art Center School and Galleries in Mechanicsburg, PA. www.mechanicsburgartcenter.com It was a group of 17, and it was both men and women. In this class we created a mixed media painting with found papers, found objects, acrylic paint, and acrylic mediums. The students did a great job and had some FUN, too!!!! All the paintings shown here are by the art class students.

All the best to Laurie and her baby!

Thursday Morning @ The ART CENTER By Sue Marrazzo

I teach ART Parties for youth and adults. This morning at the ART CENTER, www.mechanicsburgartcenter.com, I taught a Youth ART Class to the local MOMS Club. The students were 3 to 5 years of age, and they did quite well. We created a mixed media " I HEART Painting." We created this with paint, paper, stamps, and finished it off with a little glitz! Take a  look @ some of their ART & Cute Faces....

"Angel" Mixed Media Painting By Sue Marrazzo

"Angel" was created on a small cube stretched canvas. It had deep sides, so I carried the art around the sides, The last touch was a clear vintage button. This was given as a thank you to a recent acquaintence, Kim! She liked angels , so, this gift was very appropriate.
