Purple Rain by Artist Sue Marrazzo

I recently entered a themed ART show...ULTRA-VIOLET at 
the Carlisle Arts Learning Center in Carlisle Pa. I stuck to the theme and decided to do an abstract acrylic painting. The show is currently running for a few more weeks. Purple was a challenge..I am pleased with the turnout. Take a look at the texture. The photo is not shown in it's best light, but I wanted to share it because you can see all the texture. I didn't have a title when I brought this painting to CALC for the intake. One of the gallery attendants looked at my artwork and said.."PURPLE RAIN," is a good title. 
I agree it really works!
